It was a fairly easy interview proccess, I applied and then was brought in for about a fifteen Minute Interview with one person who I believe was the director and asked questions about previous experiences and qualifications, which is standard. The interview was more like a conversation and felt informal. My availability for starting the job was also asked. Then I was emailed about the position as a follow up.

There was only one interview however it was extensive. When working with children that have developmental disorders it is imperative that the behavioral technicians are experienced int he field. They are willing to work with you to develop skills however they prefer that you have experience in the field. They want you to be as honest as possible so they can assess the amount the training needed! Be honest this will help you in the long run.
