Interview was very simple. I had a follow up the next day and the GM hired me right then and there. Each interview was under five minutes long. We just took a seat at random tables in the dining room when it was very slow. Food and drink was offered to m as well. It was the best interview experience I've had and I loved working for their company!!

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
