Asked to come in at 12pm showed up at 11:50 and asked to wait. That's not a problem except I waited until 12:30 for the manager to show up. Keep in mind the restaurant wasn't busy at the time so there was no reason it should have taken 40 minutes to come to a scheduled interview. When the man came over to me he blatantly said he hired people to keep them on reserve in case he fires someone. Not only that when I gave him my experience about applying for another location he called me a liar when I said they told me they had no positions available. He also flat out refused to follow availability, I told him I could only work the midmorning/afternoon shift and he basically bullied me to accept working at night implying I'd make no money in the day time. Overall he lacked professionalism and was very condescending
