Easiest interview ever, I’m telling you, all you have to do is be agreeable and respectful. They’ll sit you down at a table and ask about your previous work experience but you don’t even have to have worked in a restaurant before. It’s really simple. But treat it like a real job nonetheless, because it is and people make their career out of Applebees. Respect and agreeable, you got this.

when there’s an issue with a customer, what do you do?
“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Depending on the role, there may be situational or behavioural questions to understand how candidates handle teamwork, fast-paced environments, and customer interactions. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
