Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Applebee's (Fontana, CA) en mar 2015
Entrevista
After filling out the application online, I was called for an interview after a couple days. The person that interviewed me was asking questions from a couple pages that had boxes to fill in. The questions I was asked were the same questions but asked in different ways which got annoying and the other questions were random questions. I didn't get any reactions when i answered the questions so I knew from the start I wasn't going to be called back.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.
It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.

From start to finish, it was smooth, respectful, and focused on getting to know me as a person and my skills. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease, which really helped to reduce any nerves. I appreciated how the process emphasized a conversation rather than just formal questioning, allowing me to showcase my strengths in a natural way. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt valued throughout the entire process."
