Recruiter reviewed my resume and portfolio, was knowledgably about skills needed, knew what she was doing, and explained the job requirements in easy to understand language. She made me feel at ease and helped me talk about my experience. She was quick to assess what my capabilities were, and explained where the job fit and where it didn't fit. She left it up to me to go forward with an offer that was entry level pay.
