Was greeted by the receptionist and provided my documents for employment eligibility. Waited for a few minutes and had a casual interview with my recruiter. She asked about my previous positions and about my career goals. She told me upfront what the available positions would entail without sugarcoating anything, which I really appreciated. One con though is the amount of preparation that is required before and after the interview, and the amount of paperwork that you have to fill out at the end. I took a few skills assessments and watched a safety video, pretty easy questions.

Scheduled interview online, then show up in professional attire at the office on time. Receptionist will get you to sign in, gather information then set up video about workplace safety which lasts 20 minutes.
