Meticulous, Intentional, initial interview was over the phone with Bob, followed by a personality assessment, Once the results were shared with the store, an in-person interview with Management was conducted and based on the success of that meeting, it was followed by another interview with the owner and senior agents. An offer was made the day following the last interview which I accepted.

The interview process starts with an intelligence and personality assessment that you take online, which is quite challenging, yet also quite fun. After which, I had a short phone interview with the recruiter who set me up with an in-person interview with the General Manager and President of Apple. This interview lasted about an hour and was very thorough. You can tell that they have a strong grasp as to the type of personality they're wanting to hire and were very direct with their questions. Afterwards, I was set up with a second interview with two of the Senior Agents. This interview was much more conversational, however, far deeper as to my sales process, how I conduct myself in the workplace, and what I was hoping to accomplish in a career with Apple. The whole process covered the span of a week or so, and two days after my second interview, I received my offer letter. All in all, I'd say the interview was thorough and challenging, but now that I have been working here a few months, I completely understand why.
