Initially had a role within the company. Was looking to branch out. The company are very proactive when it comes to development and advancing, and the support you receive from colleagues before you even experience the interview is great.

They ask questions regarding skills you may need in the role, however encourage you to have a well developed answer that follows a storyline with a result and how you can take that into the role.
Behavioral questions, tell me about yourself, and a pretty casual conversation. never technical questions. first as fwe with 2 group interview rounds, applied for ops permanent part time and it was 2 1-1 interviews, one with the ops lead manager then store manager in person

How do you handle inventory and if there's any discrepancy or something missing, what do you do?
Three interviews, basic introduction about yourself, and scenario based question, and how you would handle conflict as well and team building, pretty standard in my opinion, anyone can do it

Tell me about yourself, as well as if you ever had a conflict with a coworker and how did you resolve it
Do PowerPoint slides before interview, during the interview present the slides and do self introduction about yourself, it takes around 1h for the session. There were two interviewers, the interview was conducted online.
