Tell me about a time you faced a major challenge at work and how you handled it.
Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict within your team.
Moderate, not too much to worry, just answer the questions properly and maintain proper discipline. It is just how you analyze and answer the questions asked and respond to it.
I had a first round of phone interview (chat) with a recruiter from Apple before an official video interview session with the hiring manager from Philippines. Both sessions went smoothly - recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and respectful.
