Initial Screening
Purpose:
Assessment of Basic Qualifications: To ensure you meet the minimum requirements for the role.
Motivational Fit: To gauge your interest in the company and the position.
Preparation Tips:
Review the job description and align your experiences with the requirements.
Prepare a concise summary of your background, focusing on your achievements and how they relate to the role.
Be ready to discuss why you're interested in the company and the position.
In-person interview with a 4–5 person panel, following an initial phone screening. I presented a demo and answered questions about it. Topics included context engineering and LLM inference evaluation. Overall, the process involved relatively simple, clear, and straightforward technical and conceptual questioning.
Online apply, then discussion with hiring manager. Then normal HR call with B Q questions, then coding questions, then system design questions. ( Referral ). The overall process is reasonable.

Initial screening call from recruiter later after a week scheduled Coding round with 1 question solved in time but rejected. Not sure why after 2 days received mail saying moving forward.
