They do try and hire internally, but if you get an interview, it’s 3-4 interviews all personable questions and how you would handle tough customers. They ask about tough situations, name a time when, and what would you to if questions.

Explain a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you over come objection? How did you help resolve the issue?
Three interviews, basic introduction about yourself, and scenario based question, and how you would handle conflict as well and team building, pretty standard in my opinion, anyone can do it

Do PowerPoint slides before interview, during the interview present the slides and do self introduction about yourself, it takes around 1h for the session. There were two interviewers, the interview was conducted online.
