HR asked a couple basic technical questions. Pretty easy nothing special.
Engineers asked about some project experiences. Asked about what I did in these projects. Also asked me some questions he set up such as evaluating some structure and mechanisms for products.
Participated in a design challenge to design mechanism for a product.

It was great. It was for an internship and the interviewers were friendly. It was mostly behavioral questions. Make sure you have a good elevator pitch and can explain every project and detail on your resume in depth. Always expect a follow up question.

Very fast response rate and accomodation to personal schedule, good connection with HR. 3+1 round HR screening. First screening, then with a product design engineer, then with someone high up, and then a design challenge. Overall positive, not super harsh questions, and no behavioural questions.
