I had a brief phone call from a recruitment office asking me if I was interested in this position. The phone call was brief and I immediately was sent an assessment to fill out that was not hard. It seems like they were more focused on if you were willing to work 11-8pm in the beginning and potentially change to 9-6pm in the future. Process was overall very easy.
