Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Apple en mar 2014
Entrevista
I applied online for an at home advisor in January of 2014. I heard nothing so I reapplied in March for other locations and then again in February. I finally received a call from them at the end of March. I passed that initial interview and went on to a second interview on Facetime.
I have over 15 years customer service experience. I also worked the last two of those as a senior customer service rep taking supervisor calls. I own several apple products and am fairly familiar with them.
The interviewer I had was not customer service oriented at all. He was rude, and frankly abusive in his manner of talking to me. I had studied all the questions on here and was, I thought, well prepared for the interview. He asked questions that were so difficult for me I thought perhaps he thought I was interviewing for a engineering position. He also asked a couple of personal questions that surprised me as I had never been asked things like that in an interview before. I knew right away he didn't like me. You could sense it in his body language. Nevertheless I was polite and answered all his questions. At the end of the stressful interview I cried. I read on another forum of several others who had done the same. I would bet they had the same recruiter I had. He gave no feedback at all.
I have never not been hired after a customer service interview. I am a nice, friendly person and I am great at customer service. After 9 days I received a letter saying I was not what they were looking for.
I believe, but cannot prove it, he discriminated against me because of my age. I am over 55. I did a google check on apple and age discrimination and I found a lot of people who also felt they too had been discriminated against.

The personal questions that were none of his business
Phone call, followed by a technical interview, followed by a video generated interview. Interesting process, takes a few weeks to hear back but working with apple is work it, great standard there
I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
Interview questions about culture or apple after that.they check my confidence and trust because it is most important in all company. trust makes us friendly with company and just because of it we all did it very smoothly and enjoy the work
