Applied through university career portal, interviewed a lot of people on the finance team. Each interview is only 30 minutes, sometimes there are some behavioral and technical/scenario questions, but the main emphasis is on fit. Some interviewers were very nice and engaging, others not so much. Used Webex meetings, would switch to facetime if there were any lags.
