-1 : entretien de 20mn au téléphone avec une personne du recrutement
-2 : entretien collectif dans un Apple Store avec un groupe d'une quinzaine de personne. Présentation d'Apple et des différents métiers de la vente. Il est conseillé de participer activement et de poser des questions. Par binôme, on demande de se présenter à la personne à sa gauche et de présenter ensuite en 2mn cette personne devant le reste du groupe
-3 : entretien téléphonique avec un directeur de magasin ou chef de recrutement
