There were three interview rounds in total. I think the first one was to ensure there was no mismatch in our mutual expectations. The second interview was held online with more than ten candidates, and we were divided into two groups. The third interview was an in-person interview at the store. It was also conducted in two groups of five to six candidates, and we were interviewed by the store managers.

It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
