Very intensive - I had three interviews before I got the job. 1 group interview and two solo, very casual interviews. Make sure to ask lots of questions during the group phase - out of our group of 30 or so people, 10 people were called back for interviews and only a couple were hired.

First interview was at the same time as 70+ other people in a group interview. Leads to more 1:1 interviews. Number of interviews you go through may vary. Out of the initial group only 2 people were offered jobs. I was one of them after 2 additional interviews. Other person after additional 6 interviews and was offered 2 months later.

The interview consisted of a conversation with the store manager and one additional manager. One question I remember them asking was a weakness I have in dealing with customers and they were really friendly.
