I got an email from appirio HR. After getting feedback from web portals and local employees, decided to proceed. Process was slow, around two weeks for per round. I had given 3 skype round with different guys across the globe. All questions were related to job profile. Didn't faced any specific difficulty . Interviewers had good knowledge of domain. 4th round was with hiring manager but unfortunately rescheduled due to some internal event. Further that HR disappeared for whatever reason. There was a communication GAP is whole process, Kept waiting on skype but no response from interviewer and HR. Suddenly they call you after 1 week for rescheduling. I think process should be faster and proper communication about position. It is possible that company is growing and great place to work. Suitable candidature should not be lost due to poor HR skills.
