Submitted an application and at least two weeks later I got a reply for a initial phone interview by an HR/recruiter. After the call I was then later contacted again for another phone call this time by someone from the office. This called was scheduled another week later so minimum the whole process took 3 weeks. The interview phone process was pretty formal. They talked about the company. The interesting thing is the person who interviewed me from the office has only been with the company for 3 months. So its hard to say if you can really say you enjoy this place or not. Regardless, it was informal asked me about my experience and they talked about themselves again. And then that was it.
