Initial screen process with the recruiter(The recruiter was very intelligent in terms of clarifying all questions about the company) After initial screen, I was assigned the technical exercise which was pretty straightforward to perform but still, time-consuming. The second interview was the cultural one where they are trying to determine your fit into the company culture. After the cultural interview, I’ve raised a red flag. The interview was performed via Google Hangout and interviewer never showed his face, on the background, there was the constant noise of upset child, and the interviewer kept muting line after every sentence. Not good. The third interview was a technical one, and also performed via Google Hangout. It was hard to understand what interviewer was saying, but he didn’t say too much.
