Had a 15 minute phone screening, then a 45 minute interview with a hiring manager. Got ghosted for 6 weeks with no response, after which I got an email telling me how "impressed with my background they were" that they wanted to schedule another interview, which I accepted. 30 minutes before the interview was scheduled they cancelled the interview saying that my WAM wasn't high enough and that they had a distinction average as a minimum. They had me do 2 interviews and drag me along for 2 months before they notice something that's listed on my resume, LinkedIn and transcript. Absolutely useless! P.S It should be obvious but please list job requirements on job postings!

First round was general behavioral interview with a really nice recruiter, told at the end of the video call that I passed to second round, second round was 30-45min video call with a current senior technical consultant, asked more process / technical behaviorals based on past projects, didn't pass that one.
