It was a great experience, overall. A couple phone interviews. One of the phone interviews was a white board session. Next, a series (4) of in-person interviews. I had to prepare a presentation for one of the in-person interviews. Everything went well except for one interview, the behavioural. They were challenging me on definitions of agile vs waterfall, and cloud vs on-premise. I felt it was some what petty. They rushed me through my responses by arriving late.. the interview slot was for 30 min, and they arrived 15 min late. Although, that may have been part of the test? Maybe they wanted to see how I deal with pressure.
