I applied online and didn't hear back until a week later which is normal standard time. Once I heard back I had to pass their qualification test and a English skills test to proove I could communicate. Then I was sent an email saying I passed and I was told to send in some paperwork. Once that was done, I was hired on and had an online orientation.

There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.
