Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en AppNexus (Londres, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
6 people interviewed me, analytics, technical, customer support and overall interview. . Overall interesting interview and fun. AppNexus looks more at person skills and how fast this person can learn rather then just looking at your background.

Can you tell me a time where you had to use technology in your spare time to solve a problem.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en AppNexus (Ciudad de México) en ago 2017
Entrevista
I first had an Google Hangouts interview with an HR representative. This took about 30 minutes.
Then I had an interview with the person who would have been my manager, over the phone, for about another 30 - 40 minutes.
I was then scheduled for a 5 HOUR INTERVIEW with 5 different team members, 45 minutes each one. It was really hard to schedule all of them since it was during my working hours and would include voice and video (meaning I had to use WiFi and it obviously wasn't ethical to use my company computer/internet connection at work).
I finally went through the five hours of interviews and after that I never heard back from them to at least say no.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a 30 min phone call followed by three 45 min interviews in the Sydney office covering analytical skills, company fit and customer orientation. Another two interviews, one of them via video chat, focused on technical skills, attitude and potential. A week later there was a final 30 min interview with the MD and I received an offer a few days later. Overall, the process was thorough and professional. The people involved were warm and friendly. HR specialists from the US and UK did an excellent job guiding the process. I received a response within 1-3 days after each round of interviews.

I appreciated that there were no useless questions like "what's your greatest weekness?" or "why should we not hire you?" One question asked was "what do the four AppNexus values mean to you? Give examples." (the values were read out by the interviewer)
