Avoid this company at all costs they are not as advertised...they will make you go through an extensive interview process and cut you off without any feedback ("transparency" is a core company foundation...lol...yea right). You will get far enough along then cut you out without so much as a thank you....the IQ and personality test is out of order they drop this on you AFTER the onsite when you have already demonstrated soft skills and answered technical questions and have built rapport. Last interview was cutoff before all my questions were addressed a sign of an immature management team. This role has been open for months not sure why a small company like this is demonstrating such stubbornness to work with candidates that can fill the role instead of looking for the perfect match. Did not receive offer but would have likely declined as the culture is questionable. They also pay well below industry standard. Company culture was sold as open and "family" oriented but if my family treated me like this I would disown them. Thanks for nothing AppNeta you have cute technology but are not a tier one vendor stop acting like it.

Great interview style with sensible questions and superb follow up and feedback. The team was super professional and followed up promptly which I much appreciated. It was several steps which all made sense. Nothing unusual.
