Probably the best interview process I have ever been in. Every one I was in contact with from start to finish was excited about the company, very kind, and quick to respond.
Both the technical screen and on-site had a good mix of technical and soft skill related questions. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The technical questions were related to the job at hand. The interviewers were encouraging and want you to succeed and help steer you in the right direction if you wander too far. The recruiters even reminded me to move my car during the interview, so I didn't have to worry about getting a ticket.
Overall a very pleasant experience
