Started with Recruiter call, followed up with a manager call, then 3x1:1s calls with team managers and Specialist. Typical interview questions. Took about a month to get through interviews and to offer/acceptance, and another month to start date.

Multiple steps , but very clear what they are and when you can expect to hear back. The interviewers make scheduling convenient by using GoodTime to match your availability with the managers. After a time is found, you get an email confirmation and zoom meeting details. I respect that the interviewers take their time to ask questions but also explain the job position and training schedule of what to expect if you get hired.

There was 1 initial screening call with a recruiter then were four interviews held in 2 different days. They were all with a manager and they were 30 minutes long each asking you about your experience related to the position. They provide you a document that provides information, expectations and company values regarding the position.

Not the exact words they use but they ask you specific examples or situations that you would handle customers, that you exemplified certain skills and qualities that relate to the position.
