The interview process was well coordinated. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min 1-1 with the Director of Business Systems via Zoom. Finally, I had three 1-1 video interviews with team members. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and I was given a competitive offer.

Entrevista
The recruitement team kept me well informed the whole way. I never felt on the edge of my seat wondering what was next or that I would be ghosted. During the first introduction call, the recruitment team stated the whole process and then followed up with me after each step to let me know the timeline to the next step. In addition, there were not any interviews that were not necessary and they were all purposeful to really get a feel for the organization and team. The interview process was about 1 month from first contact to offer. Other organizations could model their interview process after AppFolio's.

Entrevista
I had Marly as my recruiter and she was extremely kind, helpful, and energetic. In my experience, Appfolio shows a great level of care for their candidates and it was a great interview process! Below are the steps I went through for the BSA team: 1. Phone screen with the recruiter 2. Interview with manager 3. Met two different leads on the team 4. Met with the director 5. Offer! It was great getting to meet everyone through the process and they were all open to answering questions. I thought it was a great, welcoming experience and I’m very excited to join them!
