I went through two phone screens. One with a recruiter and the follow up phone screen was immediately with a director. Said that they would get back to me within a week or so after initial screenings, but did not. They use Jobvite much like a lot of other companies that are adopting the platform to organize and track interviews. Usually companies are on top of updating your status on Jobvite immediately. That said, they do not utilize it. I had to reach out to the recruiter after 2+ weeks of no answer, and immediately got a vanilla email reply saying I didn't get to move on the next round and the Jobvite status still wasn't updated. It would have been nice to know a week in advance, especially if you're weighing other options out there.
