Recruiter scheduled a phone screen. He didn't call me the first time around, but eventually emailed to tell me that he's stuck in a meeting and to reschedule for 5pm that same day. 5pm came around and he didn't call until 5:20pm, but I already had another commitment that evening. We rescheduled for 2pm the next day. He didn't call at 2pm or the next 15 minutes, so I moved on with my day. I missed his call at 2:20pm. He didn't bother to leave a voicemail or an email. In all of my conversations with different companies, I have never had a recruiter stood me up...not once...not twice...but three times. If a recruiter can't do their job recruiting for whatever reason, it seems indicative of what the AppDynamics work culture might be like.
