      Two words - Stay away. The recruiter was engaging in lies. If you are going to fly into SF for interview clarify in written for reimbursement. The phone screens were regular data structure questions. One was basically BFS graph traversal. I had two phone screens after which team and recruiter said come for interview. - On asking if I will be reimbursed for my trip to SF (given I was flying from Seattle) there was complete silence. - I asked twice on email no word on reimbursement. - at time of interview he said yea, save the receipts we will look into it. But hey we just gave you lunch so dont bill us for lunch. - Long story short, for 300ish dollar reimbursement, I was pushed back by the most ridiculous reasons possible. When I told him to connect me to the right people making policies on reimbursement there was complete silence. - On staying put, he employed delaying tactics thinking that I will forget about it. After 2 months of persistence and struggle I got my money reimbursed. If this company has no reimbursement policy then explicitly state it when asked about it (or just tell the out of state candidates). As a candidate you have a choice whether to work at a place who employs such corrupt and immoral recruiters.

      Thank you for your feedback on your experience, we are always looking to improve candidates experience! We always aim to treat all candidates fairly and with respect regardless of the outcome of the interview process. One of core values as a company is "Winning Ethically with Integrity". Like all of our values, this permeates every aspect of our business and informs our day-to-day decisions. To directly address you concerns regarding the reimbursement process, we do have a formal process for all candidate travel and expenses. First, all flights and hotels are booked on the candidates' behalf by our amazing coordination team. This ensures the candidate does not accrue the large cost of a hotel and flights out of pocket. Other expenses like meals and taxis/Ubers/Lyfts are processed as soon as the candidate supplies receipts. This reimbursement typically takes 3-4 weeks to hit your bank account. Sometimes delays in this process can happen when there is a miscommunication of our formal policy. It seems that was the case here. We have spoken with our entire talent team to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding communicating and honoring our formal candidate reimbursement process. We definitely do not want any instance like this to take place again. Thank you again for your feedback as we continue to improve our processes for future candidates!

      Entrevista

      I applied to job on their website and recruiter contacted me. Round 1: 1 hour interview with hiring manager. Interviewer asked some behavioral + some technical questions. They checked if my experience aligns with the work that their team does. Round 2 & 3: Each interview lasted for 1 hour. Leetcode easy/medium questions followed by lots of java fundamentals questions. One of the leetcode question was related to multithreading. Round 4: Approx. 40 min behavioral round with the director. Interviewer asked basic questions related to my project and some behavioral questions.

      Very disappointing. Hacker rank then coderpad then coderpad and so on till the time you fail it. Its all waste of time they have rejection policy so not worth opting for it and wasting our time

      First hacker rank code then 2 round again coderpad 3rd round again coderpad.. They will ask some random questions formed by themselves and even if you provide approach and code it. They are not going to select because they dont want to see your thoughtprocess.Its all waste of time
