Recruiter called me directly and setup the onsite and this for Bangalore location. The first round is technical interview but am not sure why interviewer started to ask why I want to leave my existing company instead of asking technical stuff when he is not a HR or Hiring Manager. So not interested to proceed due to immature interview culture and declined to answer further questions even though am aware which lead to complete the process in 30 min.
