Got an unsolicited connection request on LinkedIn from this company. They took me through an unstructured interview cycle with no rhyme or rhythm that consisted of meeting the sales team, the leadership team, and a research assignment. I invested multiple hours of my time in this process, which was clearly not being run well. One of the steps was a phone interview with someone a couple of levels up. This person never confirmed an interview time or duration, and didn't seem to care that he proposed a 7pm local time phone call for an interview that he didn't bother to confirm. I was left to wonder all the way up until the interview time whether it was actually happening or not. The interview did occur, but did not go well. I thought the interviewer was really unprofessional, and it soured me on the company. Weeks later, I got a rather condescending note from the company telling me "thanks, but no thanks".
