Beware the application process took so long without a notice from the recruiter and it was a waste of time! I applied via Linkedin, and then the recruiter asked me to do solve two easy and one hard algorithm problem. I passed them, and then after a month of following up about my next step a new recruiter onboarded me to the next step which is a React app from scratch via live coding. The interviewer was very interactive through out the process, and I did very well, but I missed the last feature since it was limited time. Even though I missed the last feature, I'm confident that I did well since 90% of the feature asked for was delivered. The next day, I received a notification that I didn't pass, which makes me wonder what the reason was for not to moving forward.

All the rounds are on daily day to day work.Structured Process with Defined Stages.
- Round 1: 2 Problem solving questions in Javascript + 1 React question coderpad
- Round 2: Application Round. Needs to complete an application in 1 hour.There will be predefined constraints which we need to complete in 1 hour.
- Round 3: Debugging Round.Given a code base with existing issue and list of 10-12 bugs.We need to fix those bugs in the given order in 1hour
- Round 4: System Design round
- Round 5: Hiring Manager Round

Initially I have applied through LinkedIn but I have not got response, So I reach out to one the colleague for referral . After the referral I have got call email from recruiter to start interview process. In email I have to answer some of the basic questionnaire .

5.Hiring Manager Round
The process was really smooth and fast. I am getting instant updates on the feedback and scheduling of the next round. For me it was 2 week process from scheduling first round to getting offer Letter.

Entrevista
The recruitment process was very pleasant. The recruiter who handled my case was friendly and quick to respond to questions.
A big plus is that there was a lot of flexibility in choosing the times for different stages of the recruitment.
I rate all stages of the recruitment process as very good. People were friendly.
