telephonic and in-person. First was telephonic. In-person interview was 2 rounds. Talked to 2 managers in the first round. Had to wait to talk to their VP as she was running late. In the wait time in the middle, popped up another extra round of interview with developers and later came the VP. Had to spend 3 hrs. Was hoping positive as I spend 3 hrs at their office. It is common that, if they dont like you in the first round, they send you off without going for next round saying some reason. This gave me a positive hope of getting selected. But didnt hear from them. They didnt reply for the follow up too.
