      Entrevista

      I had a culture/behavioural interview with 2 interviewers (HR/fairly junior). The positives: good listeners, most questions were interesting and directly relevant to the role, a big focus on the company's values, honest about work and workload and culture. The negatives: the HR person cut off the other one a few times which raised a few red flags, some questions seemed to imply the company will work you very hard and expect you to be grateful for the opportunity with little regard for wellbeing (though this is typical of consultancy-type companies). Conclusion: Fairly standard interview process, prepare accordingly. One outstanding question for me is the "unlimited" annual leave policy which has been shown in practice to discourage people from taking enough time off to recharge.
