The interviews are a sham, they post jobs but don't hire anyone. They are instead looking at the interviewees resumes for their current and past companies so they can market their business to them. The CEO only hires people from the same Indian demographic as him. I submitted an application in 2020, and they asked me for some sort of paperwork needed if I permission to work in the US, when I told them I was a citizen, they did not respond back to me. In 2023, a recruiter from NTT contacted me and convinced me to apply. When I applied I got through all the interviews. The CEO did not seem interested in me at all because I was not Indian, and many other discriminatory reasons. The company will do interviews just to act like they are busy and are growing, in reality they are looking at resumes to look at companies to target for their current staff for contract work. This company does not have a lot of work, it has many people who are benched. Why have interviews if your people are benched? Because they are scamming people into sharing their resumes and personal information to be used by this company for probably scamming activities.
