Interview was during lockdown so difficult to know if it's the norm - consisted of an initial phone call with HR followed by video call with a directory - I had the same technical test others mention here though to be honest I found it straight forward and simple (and anyone applying at this level should too but it sounds like it might be a blanket task across all levels from reading other reviews). There were a few technical questions, again nothing too taxing followed by some general discussion about the position afterwards. This was then followed by another call to discuss potential best fit for me within their organisation.
