Quick turnaround from application to first interview. Unfortunately, I had to go through three interviews (two in-person) for an entry-level role that stated insurance experience was not required, only to be told that I lacked experience in the industry. HR did not provide feedback from my interviews despite repeated requests. Took over 4 months from application and 3 interviews, and multiple chasers before finally being ghosted. I had a poor experience and am very disappointed that this is how they treat interviewees.

Very detailed interview process, lots of questions asked during the hour. Lots of motivational questions on why Aon. Make sure you prepare lots of questions to ask to the interviewer
The interview process was four months, consisting of three different rounds. It started with a video, then a teams interview. I had interviewed for multiple positions. This process took about four months
