Applied online and had a call with the recruiter the next day. After the initial phone screen, met in-person with the hiring manager. One week later, I was brought in for additional back-to-back-to-back interviews with three new people and the hiring manager. Great people with excellent energy. While I didn't get the offer, the recruiter was very upfront with updates as it took 3 weeks between the second interview and final decision. No bad feelings as it was an extremely professional experience and lived up to the Aon reputation of perfection.
