Entrevista
The first part of the interview process is done through an app called HireVue. It is a digital interview that you complete in 48 hours. It consists of multiple choice and short answer questions, as well as video recorded answers. You can only answer the questions once, with the exception of the video segment. This part allows you one retry per question.

Please tell us about a time you had an opportunity to manage an escalated call or dealt with a customer escalation face-to-face.
Two half-hour interviews back-to-back with team member and supervisor. You are generally supposed to hear back after 3 days per the hiring manager and that chatbot on Aon website. For me it took over a month.

Wanted examples of exactly how relationships were maintained with clients/external stakeholders.
they dont take consideration at all and never give reasons why they decline your application yeah and thats pretty much of it to my opnions i hope it was said well loud and clear
Very professional, a lot of pretty difficult questions asking to describe situations you've been in. Pretty serious interviewers. Met with multiple managers who were serious but also a very nice hiring manager initially
