I applied for a couple of legal counsel positions at AoN. For both applications, I was contacted by their internal recruitment team after applying. This was done over the phone where they asked some very basic questions about my experience, my motivations for joining AoN, and what qualities I had which made me a good fit for the role. In both cases, I was promised a follow up which never came. For the first application, I was told an update would come by the end of the week. It has been a couple of months now without reply. For the second application, I was told an update would come within a couple of weeks but that time frame has now elapsed. This experience was on the whole, negative, and I do not think I will be applying again.
