Recording yourself does feel odd at first, however, i suggest to try to imagine talking to someone on the otherside of the laptop

I had to complete online tests and a video interview, which you can record several times. You have around 1-2 weeks to complete, and if you pass, you will move onto the assessment centre

Did psychometrical tests, which were about cultural fit and logical skills, where there were cases you were supposed to consider how you'd respond. Then it was a digital one-way interview, where you recorded yourself answering three questions.
