Started with a basic psychometric personality test, followed by a video interview where you record yourself answering questions. Pretty much all behavioral and asking about past experiences. The last stage in the process was a series of 30 minute interviews with different team leaders and hiring managers, which lasted 2 hours total. Each 30 minute interview was with a pair of people, so I talked with 8 people total. They mostly asked about my internship experience and why I felt like I’d be a good fit for the role. They mixed in a few hypothetical questions as well
