A few weeks after I submitted my online application I got a a video interview request and had to complete it within 72 hours. Then about 3 weeks after that, I got an email that I moved onto the second and final portion of the interview which was a virtual 3.5 hour rotating interview, no breaks. The interview itself was super chill surprisingly. All behavioral questions, and all interviewers pretty much asked the same questions. The reason I had a negative experience was because there was no communication at all after the interview. I was never told when I would hear back. The most frustrating part was when I emailed the recruiter who set up the interview once a week for a MONTH after the interview took place asking each time when I would hear back. She did not respond once to any of my emails. After literally 5 weeks I emailed Aon's Human Resource department to explain the situation and 4 hours after that, she responded to me in 2 sentences telling me I didn't move forward and thanked me for being "persistent" in my follow ups. I then asked for feedback and she never responded. I wouldn't have cared as much as I did if the interview wasn't almost 4 hours. It was honestly such a disappointing experience and it was clear the recruiter had no respect for my time and only communicated after I complained to someone in HR despite emailing her 4 times in 1 month...

Applied online, one week later received a request for an at home video interview. Interview was nothing difficult, only a few recorded questions and one long written one. Never heard back.
