First spoke with a rep on the phone, afterwards I was given a skills assessment to determine if I was a good fit. Once I passed the test I was then called to come in for a face to face interview that lasted about 25 min and I was hired on the spot. Met with the hiring temp angency, and as long as you make it through the first year you get hired on with the company.
