I had virtual tests and interviews, an assessment centre which included an interview, group work, a written test and presentations. Finally I had two final interviews a month or so later. The interview process was quite lengthy in terms of the timeline from assessment to offer, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. All assessors at every stage were friendly and welcoming. If I could give one tip: beside your experience and skills, they are also interested in you as a person. It’s a people business.
