Had a call with the recruiter of the company and then was informed about an assignment that consisted of 4 questions and had to complete it before meeting with the hiring manager. The questions in the assignment were related to the Anyword platform/user interface and navigating through the features. No manual or training provided and was asked to provide answers to typical client questions. The other question was related to usage report and to create insights from the usage reports. Must complete the assignment within a week of receiving it and only then did I have the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. I can somewhat understand the need for this assignment, but it should be an assignment after speaking with the hiring manager, not before.
